Emergency Help Dialer 911 II is a small wireless pendant designed for older individuals, people living alone, and people with disabilities to assist them when they need help at home. The user carries the dialer in their pocket or wears around their neck, and can signal for help from anywhere in their home. Five pre-programmed emergency telephone numbers are automatically dialed and a pre-recorded message is sent from the device.

To use, plug the base station into an existing telephone line. Plug the telephone into base station, choose the persons to be called should help be needed and record the message they will receive. Then, when in need of help, the user pulls down on the small ring that is attached to the wireless pendent. A blue call button on the pendant can be pressed, which activates a loud buzzer in the base unit. Silent dialing provides additional protection during a crime.
