ntouch Mobile is a video telephony program designed for use by people who are deaf or hard or hearing and use sign language to communicate. ntouch Mobile is designed to be used with the Sorenson Video Relay Service (SVRS). It allows the user to place and receive video relay calls via SVRS to people who have a regular telephone using their cell phone. This program also provides access to SVRS’s SignMail service that delivers messages in ASL using video recordings transmitted to the phone. ntouch Mobile can store up to 500 contacts, stores recently called numbers, and tracks missed video calls. Contacts can be imported from a VP-200 Videophone (see separate entry). Using SVRS, ntouch Mobile can also be used to call 911 for emergencies. COMPATIBILITY: For use with HTC EVO 4G cellular telephone from Sprint or the Nexus S telephone from T-Mobile. SYSTEM REQUIREMENTS: Android operating system.
