The Can-Do Cassette Player/Recorder with Sleep Switch is a four track cassette player designed for use by persons who are blind or have low vision. It plays both four- and two-track cassettes and records two-track cassettes. The sleep switch turns the player off when the user falls asleep listening. The user holds the switch in one hand, and on falling asleep the user releases the switch. When not needed, the sleep switch can be deactivated. The user can listen to cassettes with or without the included headphones. Volume can be controlled using either the knob on the unit or one located on the headphone. Other features include variable speed output, cue and review, a belt clip, and easily identifiable buttons. POWER: Uses two double-A batteries or an alternating current (AC) adapter.
