CUSTOM ADAPTATION PURPOSE: To enable an individual with use of one hand to perform office tasks. This notepad holder is designed to "While You Were Out" pad in place for writing. The device consists of a plywood base with a three millimeter piece added to the front to create a slot to hold the cardboard backing of the pad.
