eSight3 is a prototype pair of glasses that help legally blind people to see. They work by using an HD camera to capture what's in front of the user. Algorithms enhance the video, which is projected on two OLED screens. The device tricks the user's brain into making it look like they're seeing in the distance even though the glasses are only a few centimeters from the user's eyes.

Users can also take photos and manually zoom in using eSight. And there’s a battery pack, which the user puts in their pocket or on their belt, that powers the glasses.
