Three original virtual treatments (Gentle Tree, Relaxation Journey, and Personal Journal) modeled after clinical psychotherapies, access OCD and anxiety treatments from your mobile device, intuitive interface, colorful visuals, and calming music, information about OCD, links to the Y-BOCS and FOCI online tests, and self-assessments for measuring OCD severity.
