Tactile Braille Caliper

Tactile Braille Caliper is a measuring ruler for the blind and visually impaired that provides a Braille measurement accurate to 1/16th of an inch. It is a mechanical instrument that looks like a traditional Vernier Caliper. Whole units are statically embossed in Braille on the main scale while fractions are dynamically displayed on a sliding jaw by a patent-pending display mechanism.
