Test Anxiety iPad

Test Anxiety iPad is designed to help students who suffer from testing anxiety. As students continue to be pressured by test scores and the pressure to succeed, educators and parents desire tools to help students who suffer from test anxiety. A common concern among many students is their anxiety when they have to move out of their comfort zone. 

The app includes three recordings: one for the day before a test (20 minutes long), one for the day of the test (9 minutes long), and one the day after the test (17 minutes long).
