Harbor Breeze is designed for use by children with limited fine motor and upper extremity strength and coordination as a result of cerebral palsy, developmental delays or Down’s syndrome. It can be used teach about cause and effect, develop sensory awareness and encourage listening skills. Users press the blue switch and the red windmill blade starts to spin while the top lights up. Feel a cool breeze and hear upbeat music and harbor sounds – waves crashing, seagulls calling and bell buoys ringing. It can also be activated by using an external capability switch.
