The “baseball cap orthosis” is made using a well-fitting baseball cap without an adjustment buckle in the back. The system consists of two bands with strips of Velcro at the end. One band is permanently attached to the back of the cap. That band is then be inserted under the clothing to a level below the rib cage. The second band functions as an anchor system and helps maintain the extension. The harness can be worn underneath clothing to maintain a cosmetic appearance.
