The Bed Desk is a bed tray, bookholder, and laptop/notebook computer support designed for use by individuals with mobility, upper extremity, or severe physical disabilities or spinal cord injury. This unit is a book stand with legs like a bed tray. The two legs are collapsible and the desk can be adjusted to an angle for holding books, paper, or magazines. The angle of the table top can be adjusted from 0 to 90 degrees in unlimited increments. A front ledge holds books open, and keeps them from sliding off the desk. This tray is equipped with a includes a brass clip that helps hold books, folders, or binders in place. When the table is collapsed, the clip locks the legs in place and an embossed leather strap acts as a carry handle. DIMENSIONS: The table height with the legs open is 11 inches. The outer Dimensions of the base with the legs open is 20 inches wide x 11 inches deep. WEIGHT: 7 pounds.
