The Modular Telbel is a telephone signal designed for use by individuals who are hard of hearing. These modular bells can be used as high-volume telephone ringers. Volume is 100 dBA (models TB-591 and TB-592) or 95 dBA (model TB-593) at 10 feet. The bells are motor driven and have a tamper resistant volume control and a weatherproof backbox for indoor/outdoor mounting. Model TB-592 is for phone systems with a programmed contact closure. POWER: Model TB-591 uses 38 to 60 volts direct current (VDC); model TB-592 uses 18 to 30 volts alternating current/direct current (VAC/DC) and requires an EPS-2401 power supply; model TB-593 uses 55 to 130 volts, 20 to 30 Hertz (Hz). DIMENSIONS: 6 inches in diameter.
