The Spirit 690 Selectable Arm, Leg, and Arm-and-Leg Cycle is a bicycle exerciser designed for use by individuals with lower extremity or upper extremity disabilities. This cycle can be used for arm-only, leg-only, or arm-and-leg cycling. The change of exercise mode is made without tools using two pins. Clutched releases allow the user to switch from arm-and-leg rotation to arm-only rotation or leg-only rotation. Other features include Quick Exchange (QE) standard hand grips; foot plates with ankle/toe straps; an 18-pound iron internal flywheel; locking, variable angle adjustments; variable resistance; and an electronic digital display of speed, pedal revolutions per minute (RPM), total pedal revolutions, distance traveled, distance up, distance down, elapsed time, remaining time, time up, time down, calories burned, autoscan, pulse monitor (ear-clip), and beeping pedal rate. OPTIONS: Forehead rest; QE two-way angled handgrips, three-way angled handgrips, adjustable loop handgrips, limited grasp handgrips type 1, or limited grasp handgrips type 2; and grip cuffs. DIMENSIONS (LxW): The footprint is 35 x 32 inches (including clearance for the front edge of the flywheel, and excluding the width of the handgrips).
