The Speech Adjust-A-Tone, model HGA-TP, is an amplifier designed to provide sound enhancement of a telephone or television, radio, or tape recorder for individuals with hearing disabilities. The unit has a volume control and six adjustable frequency ranges to adapt to the user’s particular hearing loss and thus aid in speech discrimination as well as amplification. The unit has four jacks, one for the telephone base, one for the telephone handset, one for television/radio input, and one for a headphone (not included). A telephone cable is included. POWER: Uses one 9-volt battery (not included). A 9-volt power supply is optional. OPTIONS: Television/radio cable with minijack adapter. DIMENSIONS: 5.75 x 1.5 x 3.5 inches. WARRANTY: One year.
