The Superprint 4425 is an advanced printing text telephone (TTY) or telecommunications device for the deaf (TDD). This device features a built-in ring flasher; variable size print; auto answer; direct connect with two phone jacks; Turbo Code, which allows real time transmissions and interruptions; Auto ID, which automatically sends signals to alert people to an incoming TT call; TDD Announcer; and a programmable relay voice announcer, which sends a voice message to an incoming caller asking them to call using the relay number for their area. Users can program the voice relay number themselves. A 32K memory enables users to save conversations, memos, outgoing messages, and telephone numbers. Users may also pre-program numbers so they are automatically dialed when the corresponding name is typed. Other features include arrow keys for easy review of conversations , memos in memory, and auto answer messages; "GA" and "SK" keys for quicker communication; a one-touch key to send greeting message; one-step memo edit and send function keys; locator keys on the "home" row for touch typists; and a computer-style keyboard. OPTIONS: ASCII code, large Visual Display/ External Printer (must be ordered at same time as TTY), dust cover, and a soft carrying case. WARRANTY: One year limited. Extended one or two year also available for additional cost.
