Provides a wide variety of health, education and supportive services for individuals and communities affected by HIV/AIDS. Anonymous and confidential testing, case management, prevention, early intervention education, and clinical treatment for HIV/AIDS, Hepatitis, and STDs. Additional services include: prescription assistance, immunizations, support groups, nutrition services, transportation, volunteer services, housing assistance, financial education/entitlement assistance, emergency financial assistance.
