Emory Valley Center joins effort to observe Nat'l Disability Employment Awareness Month

Emory Valley Center (EVC) has announced its participation in National Disability Employment Awareness Month, an annual awareness campaign that takes place each October.

"The purpose of National Disability Employment Awareness Month is to educate about disability employment issues and celebrate the many and varied contributions of America's workers with disabilities," an EVC release stated.

"Again this year, Emory Valley Center is happy to participate in National Disability Employment Awareness Month," said Jennifer Enderson, Emory Valley Center president. "We want to spread the important message that we value all talents and abilities in our community's workforce, including people who live with disabilities. We are grateful to have many workforce employment partners who share our vision."
