The Ultimate Stroller Base is a stroller for detachable car seat designed for use with children with mobility, balance, walking, or severe physical disabilities. Designed to be used as a mobility base for the Ultimate Car Seat (see separate entry), the folding, lightweight aluminum stroller has a locking mechanism that holds the car seat at a 20-degree angle.
