Handirecords Classic

HandiRecords Classic is a checkbook-sized medical information organizer designed to keep the user's medical information in purse or pocket to be available for medical review and updating. This organizer contains 24 printed pages for tracking allergies, medications, supplements, hospitalizations, medical tests, treatments, diagnoses, emergency and doctor contact information, doctor appointments, and daily record. Other features include a six-slot cardholder for carrying doctors' business cards and insurance cards. The system also has space in the back for carrying two HamdiRecord Tuckables (see separate entry) in the back. DIMENSIONS: 3.5 x 6 inches closed and 7 x 6 inches open. COLOR: The cover comes in a choice of turquoise circles, purple flowers, mixed colors flowers, woodgrain, red and yellow pattern, red circles, and animal print.
