ActionEar Sport is a personal amplification system/hearing protector with stereo sound to provide 360 degree directional and independent volume controls to allow the user to adjust for hearing differences in each ear. Loud sounds are heard at 70 decibels while soft sounds are continuously amplified by 40 decibels. An automatic shut-off circuit shuts off sounds over 95 decibels. The headset has full size sculpted air/foam ear cushions, a collar-level tension band, and velcro head strap. There is an output jack for recording and an input jack to listen to a radio while monitoring surrounding sounds. The headset folds flat for storage. POWER: Uses 4 AAA batteries for 30 hours of continuous use. WEIGHT: 17.1 ounces.
